This Giving Tuesday, we would like to thank all of our members, volunteers, and supporters who help us fulfill our mission to preserve and bring Lakewood’s history alive. Throughout the year, we have been able to serve our community and share Lakewood’s history through a variety of programs and events. We offer programming to the public and to local schools, including guided tours of the Oldest Stone House to 3rd graders around Lakewood and special needs groups in our communities. We continue to share our knowledge through lectures hosted at the Nicholson House and in the community, while continuing our 50+ year tradition of immersive history through the Ohio Heritage Camp. We continue to work diligently to fulfil our mission of providing stewardship for artifacts and buildings within Lakewood and Rockport Township’s history, and of course for advocating for our historic community.
