that identifies historic structures in Lakewood. |

Participants can order a lovely cast bronze plaque to mount
on their homes.

Each plaque contains your home's year of construction and,
if known, the architect or first homeowner.

Placing a marker on your home is a wonderful way to document
its age and importance to our city.

All orders are filled; there are no restrictions on time
periods or originality of the structure.

Sample plaque is available for viewing at the Oldest Stone
House Museum, 14710 Lake Avenue. Open Wednesdays, 1-4 pm and Sundays, 2-5
